The Announcement:

Streamline Property Buyers has reinforced its position as a market leader in Brisbane real estate, securing two major accolades at the REIQ Awards for Excellence 2024.

The agency was named Buyers Agency of the Year for the second consecutive year, while Managing Director Melinda Jennison took home Buyers Agent of the Year for the third consecutive time.

These achievements cement Ms Jennison’s status as Brisbane’s most awarded buyers agent and highlight the firm’s commitment to excellence in property services.

“It’s an incredible honour to be recognised again at the REIQ Awards,” Ms Jennison said.

“These awards are a reflection of the passion and dedication of our entire team. At Streamline, we’re driven by the outcomes we achieve for our clients.”

The Brisbane-based agency, owned and operated by Melinda and Scott Jennison, specialises in delivering seamless property solutions for both investors and home buyers.

Ms Jennison, who holds a PhD and is a Qualified Property Investment Advisor, also serves as the President of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Association of Australia.

Recent client Teleah praised the agency’s approach: “We had an outstanding experience with Streamline Property Buyers. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.”

The firm combines expertise in negotiation, auction bidding, property investment strategy, and complex contract management to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.

“Our success comes from putting our clients at the centre of everything we do,” Ms Jennison said.

“We are passionate about providing a personalised experience that combines market expertise with education and support.”
