Located in the exclusive Benedict Canyon area, the 27,000-square-foot mansion sits on 2.7 acres – a rare find in Beverly Hills.
Originally designed by William Hablinski, the property was later transformed by renowned interior designer Roger Thomas, who introduced luxurious finishes and opulent décor.
The estate boasts 11 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, a grand cinema, spa suite, wine cellar, and gym, along with an air-conditioned tennis pavilion and a lavish pool house.
Finance Monthly reported the mansion first hit the market in 2020 with a staggering US$135 million price tag, attracting a strong offer that was ultimately rejected.
Over the years, the price fluctuated, dropping to $75 million in early 2024, rising to $85 million later that year, and now returning to $75 million as Wynn and his wife Andrea Hissom shift their focus to their new waterfront property in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Listing agent, Leonard Rabinowitz of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, highlighted the property’s exclusivity, saying “To find 2.7 acres within the city of Beverly Hills is very rare, so the seller tested the market at the end of 2020 at $135 million and, in fact, received a significant offer.
“However, they had not found a replacement property and, therefore, were not particularly motivated. They have since found a new waterfront property and are quite motivated, hence the reduction.”
Beyond his California holdings, Wynn also owns a New York penthouse he has struggled to sell and a four-acre estate in Ketchum, Idaho, which was recently listed but later withdrawn.
