Speaker Johnson says Senate border deal is ‘dead on arrival’

After weeks of closed-door meetings, Senate negotiators finally revealed their new tough set of reforms to secure the southern U.S. border and control immigration. House Speaker Mike Johnson posted, “If this bill reaches the House, it will be dead on arrival.” NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
