Southern Hospitality season 3 ended with a bang, a slew of accusations and a few broken friendships — but where does everyone stand after the reunion?
During the season 3 finale, which aired on Thursday, March 6, Emmy Sharrett and boyfriend Will Kulp left their cast “prom” at odds with nearly everyone thanks to cheating rumors that haunted them all season.
Production later revealed that during a “hot mic” moment, Will claimed he had a friends’ text thread that would be an “atom bomb” if exposed. He hinted that the bombshell would “activate” Maddi Reese and bring “some redemption for me and Emmy.”
However, when the cast joined Andy Cohen in New York City for their season 3 reunion, which also aired on Thursday, Will was nowhere to be found.
“Will came here today. He’s backstage. Last minute, he made a conscious decision not to join us,” Cohen revealed, asking Emmy to explain further.
Emmy told the group that Will “loves me” but he couldn’t “continue to entertain and engage with this group any longer to this capacity.” When asked if he was “quitting the show,” Emmy replied, “He actually hasn’t said that. He just said he can’t do this reunion, he just can’t.”
Joe Bradley later told Emmy, “It really kinda hurts me. It’s heartbreaking to see you on your own” after Will chose to stay backstage for the duration of the reunion. “He’s a smart guy. He’s a tough guy. … To see him not show up after our talk yesterday, not be here with you, it’s a little heartbreaking,” he added.
While Joe was upset that Will didn’t come out and back his girlfriend, he wasn’t the only one in the hot seat during the reunion.

Maddi and Joe

Status: Going Strong
During season 3, Maddi and Joe got fake married in Las Vegas after just a few months of dating. While Maddi expressed concerns as to how fast they were moving, by the reunion they were dubbed prom king and queen and were very content together. Joe revealed during the reunion that he constantly tells Maddi, “Timing is finally worked in our favor. I’m never going to be with anyone else in my life.”
The pair, however, are not engaged nor are they legally married. Joe confessed that he and Maddi haven’t decided when the time will be right to take the next step in their relationship.
Joe and TJ

Status: Rocky
TJ Dinch mended fences with Joe during season 3 after he accused Joe of having sex with Luann De Lesseps at the season 2 reunion. (Us Weekly previously reported that Joe and Luann were spotted getting cozy in New York City in early 2024. Joe initially denied a hookup but eventually confessed they “kissed.”)
After icing each other out for months, TJ and Joe had a heart-to-heart and TJ revealed that he thought there was a “moment” between the friends years prior that left him frustrated and confused. While they talked it out and Joe apologized for making TJ feel unseen — and TJ said sorry for calling Joe a “cheater” — since filming wrapped, they’ve had more troubles.
“Watching the show back, a lot of the things you f—ing said were a f—ing knife, dude,” Joe told TJ, noting that he wasn’t OK with TJ allegedly spreading rumors that he was gay around Charleston for years.
TJ insisted he didn’t spread any rumors, only admitting to telling his close friends about his and Joe’s “moment” in the past. TJ then told Cohen that his relationship with Joe now “sucks” and it had “gotten weird again” after Joe saw the mean things TJ said on camera.
“It’s a very complicated situation,” Joe explained, adding that he’s glad they talked about TJ’s feelings for him on camera and they were real about what it meant to each of them.
Emmy and Will

Status: Fully Committed
“I don’t want to diminish his love for me because he can’t be here to say it himself,” Emmy told the cast, while explaining Will’s absence. “His mental health can’t take it. He tried. He can’t take it.”
While Emmy claimed all season that she trusted Will had been faithful, she confessed that he “f—d up” when he talked badly about her and they both handled their issues with the group poorly.
During the finale, the cast claimed that they heard that a brunette “lived” with Will and went to law prom with him behind Emmy’s back. Will alleged that the girl was a “friend” who stayed at his place when he and Emmy were away on a trip and that she knew about it. He also claimed they never went to prom together.
“Will f—d up. I know he f—d up. And it’s f—d that he did that. But the fact that there’s no grace at all [hurts],” Emmy said through tears during the reunion.
Leva Bonaparte — who owns Republic Garden & Lounge, where the cast works — told Emmy, “You need to stop carrying Will’s pain. You carry Will’s stuff so deeply, so severely. You need to stop doing that. Will made a mistake. That’s fine. Everyone’s talking to you. Stop worrying about Will.”
Emmy explained, “It’s me, too. In my story telling of myself I include him. … He f—d up. He’s ashamed.”
Emmy, Will and Maddi

Status: Unknown
During the season 3 finale, Will insinuated that he had a secret that would harm Maddi. When the cast reunited, Emmy shared the alleged secret with Cohen, noting that she told Maddi about it the night before the reunion.
“In order to clear my name with Will, we had to tell Maddi the truth that Trevor [Stokes] never cheated [with] Sami — Brad made it all up,” Emmy said, referring to Bradley Carter’s season 2 claim that Maddi’s then-boyfriend kissed a girl he knew named Sami while dating Maddi.
Maddi explained through tears at the reunion, “I don’t care about Trevor. I don’t care about Sami. That relationship was going to end anyway. That’s not why I’m upset. I’m upset because I questioned if I’m a good person every single day since. I feel like I don’t know what’s real anymore.”
Emmy confessed that she and Will knew that “Trevor was never lying when he said that he never made out with her (Sami)” but didn’t tell Maddi until now.
“They took advantage of the fact that I didn’t trust him,” Maddi said of Emmy, Will, Bradley and TJ, who all knew the truth but kept quiet.
Emmy later said that she was the one who was “calculated” for choosing to drop the bombshell on Maddi before the season 3 reunion. She didn’t explain how it would vindicate her and Will and only stirred the pot further.
Maddi, meanwhile, said she was happy she got “clarity” on the cheating allegations after Emmy did bring it to light.
Maddi and Bradley

Status: Good
After Emmy revealed that Bradley knew that Sami didn’t actually hookup with Maddi’s ex, he decided to clear the air. “I’m going to take accountability,” Bradley told Maddi. “Here’s what happened: Sami came to me as a client [before the season], and two weeks before cameras picked up last year and said that this happened.”
“I went with that because at the time we were not friends,” Bradley recalled, noting he told others about the alleged affair because he didn’t have any reason not to believe Sami.
However, he said, “As we went into the season, Sami comes up to me and goes, ‘Brad, OK making out didn’t actually happen.’ I was like, ‘Oh, s—.’ … Because what has already been in motion has been put in motion, I can’t stop that.”
Bradley confessed, “That’s cold as hell. And I’m sorry for that.” Although Maddi was visibly upset about the lies, she accepted his apology. “I appreciate the accountability,” Maddi said.
Grace and Maddi

Status: Friends Again
Grace and Maddi got into multiple fights this season, including one in Las Vegas, where Grace claimed Maddi didn’t have her back. Maddi, meanwhile, revealed that after Grace slept with their friend Oisin O’Neill, who Maddi’s roommate had been seeing, Grace was no longer welcome at her house.
Grace claimed she wanted to make amends with Maddi’s roommate Eva, but during the group’s prom she brought Oisin as her date and ruffled even more feathers.
“I tried to apologize to you Eva. … Get over this man, already. He doesn’t f—ing like you,” Grace yelled at Eva at the party. Maddi fired back, “He doesn’t like any of y’all. He’s a whore!”
Grace then screamed, “I don’t like him either. I just wanted some d—, bitch. Just like you did when you sucked his f—ing d— in Tulum,” alleging that Maddi hooked up with Oisin in the past.
“I have never even seen Oisin’s d—. I saw his balls one time on the party bus last year, but that’s about it,” Maddi told the cameras. However, when she tried to reason with Grace, she told Maddi, “You’re not my friend.”
During the reunion, Grace claimed that she thinks Maddi and Oisin “did something.” Maddi confirmed that she previously revealed that they “had a moment,” while Mia Alario confirmed that Maddi and Oisin “made out.”
Despite the hookup accusations, Grace said she and Maddi are “good” and back to being friends. “We’ve worked through things. We’ve talked through things. I love this woman dearly,” Grace said, apologizing for her “mistakes” and how she handled herself. “I love you till the day I die.”
Joe and Grace

Status: Good
Joe and Grace got into an argument in Las Vegas when she was late to Maddi’s DJ gig, despite being part of the performance. Joe then slammed Grace for allegedly not being a good friend to Maddi.
During the reunion he addressed the drama, saying, “The way I reacted to you in Vegas, I don’t regret that. Because at that time I do think it was a one-sided friendship.” Joe noted that things have since changed.
“You’ve been a much better friend. I’ve seen a lot of growth. You have been better,” Joe added, apologizing.
Bradley and Lake

Status: Friends, No Benefits
Bradley had a short-lived flirty relationship with Lake Rucker. The duo made out in Las Vegas after Bradley friend-zoned her earlier in the season. Bradley explained at the reunion that he tried to be “responsible” by pumping the breaks on their would-be romance.
Lake, meanwhile, said, “I just thought you were being butthurt because I had that little kiss with that other guy. So you decided, or were peer pressured, to kiss me.”
She alleged that she “knew” she and Bradley “could never be to a serious point because you had a girlfriend.” Bradley claimed, “I did not have a girlfriend this summer. We were never in an exclusive relationship.” However, he said he is now “dating” the other woman mentioned.
Lake concluded that she and Bradley are “good” and “cordial” at this point.
Molly and Grace

Status: Fine
Molly Moore was not a fan of Grace’s performance in Las Vegas. The two then got into a fight during the season finale after Molly defended mutual friend Eva in the Oisin drama. “You’re such a psychopath,” Molly told Grace at the time.
During the reunion, Molly laughed when Grace revealed that she was working on a clothing line for Burning Man Festival fashion and taking voice and acting lessons. Molly teased that if there was “autotune” on the track, Grace would be a good singer.
“I think you have a lot of potential,” Molly said. Grace fired back, saying she wasn’t singing on her song with Maddi. “That’s me talking sexy,” Grace noted. “That’s not my potential.”
Emmy, TJ, Bradley and Will

Status: Not Friends
TJ and Bradley were two of Will’s closest friends coming into season 3, but their relationship became fractured by seasons’ end. During the finale, TJ said Will “sucks” and is a “f—ing piece of s—” for how he allegedly treated Emmy.
Bradley, meanwhile, told the cameras after their group prom, “I think Will cheated on Emmy. He felt bad for it and he wanted to get out of the relationship before he had to deal with it. And now he’s so far in, he can’t back out. He’s never going to marry her.”
Both TJ and Bradley said they wanted to remain friends with Emmy, despite their disconnect with Will. However, Emmy said during the reunion that those friendships were currently lost.
“I don’t know where I am with them. I thought they were my friends,” Emmy told Cohen. “I miss them. It’s been lonely.” Emmy concluded, “I can’t be dating a man who has issues with people and then also be friends with them.”
