Brazilian soccer star Neymar is on an eight-figure real estate spending spree. The sportsman just snagged a $54.45 million penthouse in Dubai’s Bugatti Residences, according to the building’s developer Binghatti, which celebrated the purchase with an Instagram post of his “signing ceremony” for the “Sky Mansion Penthouse” on Monday. This comes just a few weeks after he put down $26 million for a waterfront Miami plot, where he plans to build a 13,000-square-foot home with the help of Elicyon, a London-based design firm. Neymar’s eight-figure investments follow rumors of the left winger joining the Major League soccer team Inter Miami in 2025. He currently plays for the Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal, for which his two-year contract expires in June 2025, as well as for Brazil’s national team.

The Dubai building—which is the high-end automaker’s sole branded residential project, per Mansion Global—is still under construction. According to the Bugatti Residences’ Instagram account, the building is set to open in 2027. Neymar’s penthouse will reportedly be outfitted with a private car elevator capable of transporting the footballer’s vehicle directly to the penthouse. The unit will also feature a private swimming pool with coveted panoramic views of downtown Dubai.

The building will house 182 units and a number of luxurious amenities, including a private pool, a fitness club, and a members-only club.
