Brothers Peter and David Snow, whose father established the business more than seven decades ago, have made the strategic decision to align their operations with The Agency’s national network.

Peter Snow, who has managed the property management division for 30 years, will continue as Portfolio Partner, while David Snow joins as Property Partner.

“Joining The Agency is a great outcome for our landlords and tenants, who will benefit from being part of a national brand,” Mr Snow said.

“While our community has been drawn to the Snow name for more than 70 years, David and I were drawn to The Agency and what it could represent for our future and our clients’ future.”

The move will allow the Snow brothers to focus more on client services and negotiation rather than day-to-day operations.

“We are now able to spend our time working with the people of Toowoomba rather than working on the day to day operations of the business,” David Snow said.

“This is a great new chapter and one that we see as coming at right time for myself and Peter.”

The Agency CEO of Real Estate Matt Lahood said he was excited about the partnership.

“Peter and David Snow are part of the fabric of Toowoomba and the real estate brand established by their father more than 70 years ago is the most recognised in the area due to their dedication and service,” Mr Lahood said.

The acquisition adds over 500 managements to The Agency’s Toowoomba Property Management business, bringing the total to more than 1,000 properties under management in the region.

Combined with their Rockhampton portfolio, The Agency now manages over 2,000 properties in Regional Queensland.
