Based in Maroochydore, Mr Mian and Mr Da Silva are driven to represent the RE/MAX brand alongside three high performing RE/MAX offices, servicing throughout the booming Sunshine Coast region.

Both Mr Mian and Mr Da Silva are active within the real estate landscape, with strong business acumen and a drive to represent their clients, both sharing their enthusiasm for this next step into business ownership.

“We’re excited to be taking this next step into business ownership with the opening of RE/MAX Sunshine,” Mr Da Silva said.

“It’s been a goal of ours for some time and we’re looking forward to furthering connections within the region and offering our services and expertise in selling, purchasing and investing.”

As a buyer’s agent, Mr Mian’s knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential property has played a pivotal role in growing his success, networking and connecting clients on their own unique property journey.

Understanding the needs and the importance of representing clients throughout the transaction has played an integral role in the drive in which both Mr Mian and Mr Da Silva conduct business, with both agents managing well-performing portfolios across both residential and commercial investment ventures throughout Australia.

2024 signalled a shift for them both and with the knowledge and reputation of the global RE/MAX brand, they decided to move forward with their goals to operate their own business under the respected brand.

“We are both experienced business owners and property investors, however our interest and experience in real estate has been a driver for us to move forward into business ownership,” Mr Mian said.

“We appreciate the global presence of RE/MAX and the opportunities that presents us as real estate agents and business owners, and we are looking forward to connecting with the network on both a regional and international level.”

Having connected over their mutual Brazilian background, Mr Mian and Mr Da Silva have remained close friends over the past decade.

Both with strong business acumen and ambition, their conversations surrounding long term career goals always came back to real estate, with Mr Da Silva sharing that those casual conversations really turned into action over the past two years, their sights firmly set on establishing their brand with RE/MAX.

“Our plans are to continue to evolve and grow with our focus set wholly on establishing a business that will serve us, our team, our families and the community for years to come,” Mr Mian said.

RE/MAX Managing Director Joel Davoren welcomed Mr Mian and Mr Da Silva to the network, sharing enthusiasm for the brokers in their exciting new venture.

“RE/MAX Sunshine will provide a strategic, energised business to the growing sunshine coast region and we’re happy to welcome Kyle and Gus to the network to lead that growth expanding the presence of RE/MAX throughout the region,” Mr Davoren said.

“Kyle and Gus bring an energy to the way in which they conduct business, and combined with their different backgrounds, experience as business owners and clear goals for the future, we’re exciting to seeing the opportunities ahead for them under the RE/MAX banner.”
