Shannon Arnold steps up at Pivotal Financial

Pivotal Financial has appointed Shannon Arnold as General Manager as the finance arm of RE/MAX Australia moves into a new growth phase.

Matthew Andrews, Managing Director of Pivotal Financial, said the appointment was made to broaden the capability of the leadership team and drive the next phase of growth.

“We were looking for proven leadership skills and a complimentary skill set to foster engagement and culture throughout the network,” Mr Andrews said.

Mr Arnold brings extensive experience from the financial services sector, with a focus on leadership and team development expertise.

The appointment has been welcomed across the organisation, with Mr Arnold set to spearhead expansion plans and drive performance improvements across both individual and business levels.

Mr Arnold said he was committed to making a significant impact in this new role.

“This is a cornerstone moment for Pivotal Financial and I am genuinely excited to collaborate with Matt on the vision for the future and the growth that is to come,” Mr Arnold said.

A key focus for Mr Arnold will be strengthening relationships within the RE/MAX network, which he describes as a symbiotic partnership essential for future success.

RE/MAX Australia’s Managing Director Joel Davoren said he was excited by the appointment, highlighting its strategic importance.

“Pivotal Financial plays an important role in the overall success of many within our network; and the appointment of Shannon will further cement the partnerships made between finance specialists and real estate professionals,” Mr Davoren said.
