Ray White Commercial recognises outstanding achievements across its Australasian network at annual gala event.

The Announcement:

RWC has celebrated its top offices and individuals at the 2024 annual awards night in Sydney, with over 250 people in attendance.

Ray White Valuations took out the award for top sales and leasing office, while Peter Vines of RWC Western Sydney was named the top individual sales and leasing performer.

RWC head of commercial James Linacre praised the network’s resilience and drive for success in a challenging market.

“It’s really amazing to lead a business full of ambition, and that’s where the resilience of RWC comes from,” Mr Linacre said.

“It’s not been easy in a market that’s pushed some of us to work harder than ever, but those efforts have paid off which is evident here tonight as we celebrate your achievements.”

Ray White Valuations managing director and partner Robert Wilson expressed his gratitude for the top office recognition.

“This is one of the hardest working teams that I have worked with and I am so honoured to receive this award,” Mr Wilson said.

“This is a testament to the hard work of my team. It has been a really rewarding five years for us all since joining the Ray White Group.”

Peter Vines, who claimed the individual top sales and leasing performer award, credited his team’s hard work for the achievement.

“It feels really good to be RWC’s number one agent this year. This has been five years in the making,” Mr Vines said.

“My team and I have worked incredibly hard to get where we are today.”

Mr Vines and his wife and business partner Ruby Rozental also took out the coveted Director’s Cup award for their contributions to RWC’s growth and development.

“We have found a really symbiotic relationship with the RWC team,” Ms Rozental said.

“It’s incredibly rewarding and it’s reciprocal, and we learn a lot from each other.”

The Transaction of the Year award went to Ray White Special Projects’ Tony Williams and Mark Creevey, and RWC Noosa and Sunshine Coast agents Paul Butler and Paul Forrest for the $16.2 million sale of a 40ha beachfront site at Noosa’s north shore.

Other notable winners included Ray White Projects NSW for Top Projects Office, RWC Northern Corridor Group for Top Leasing Office, and RWC Gold Coast for Top Auction Office.

Ray White Group managing director Dan White congratulated the commercial network on their achievements.

“The stories shared today have been absolutely breathtaking. The springboard we can provide and the targets we can set for one another is what this is all about. There is no finish line,” Mr White said.
