Welcoming the opportunity to represent a global brand and prepare for future growth, real estate professional Ajay Patel has this week rebranded his independent agency, Consult Realty, to RE/MAX Consultants, opening the doors to his new office location in Booval, west of Brisbane, Queensland.

Honesty, integrity and transparency are the core values in which RE/MAX Consultants operate, valuing the opportunity to work within the community to support the growth of the Ipswich region.

With dedicated sales and property management divisions, RE/MAX Consultants close-nit team are passionate about working with investors and homeowners at all stages of their property journey.

As an experienced investor himself, Mr Patel’s passion for property merged with his business acumen several years ago, and the opportunity to take his business to the next level was what led him to joining RE/MAX Australia.

“Growth is important for my business and RE/MAX allows myself and my team the opportunity to continue to learn and adapt in an industry which is every changing,” said Mr Patel.

“When it came time to expand my business RE/MAX offered the kind of support I needed to take the next step and grow my business.”

Aligning with RE/MAX came down to the opportunity to help scale up Mr Patel’s business through offering more exposure, as well as the support and opportunity behind the scenes centred on growth through training.

“To join a global brand, with successful agents all across the world is impressive. The opportunity to network globally, and stay up to date with the latest in real estate education and technology is not only a benefit to my business, but also to the continued growth of my team.”

Mr Patel is joined by son Darsh Patel who heads the agency’s property management division, and leading sales agent/BDM Sam Armstrong, with sights set on continuing the growth of the business through recruitment to support the growing needs of his clients and community.

RE/MAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren congratulated Mr Patel on joining RE/MAX Australia.

“It’s fantastic to see the RE/MAX brand expand throughout south east Queensland with the opening of RE/MAX Consultants in Booval this week and as a network we’re pleased to welcome Ajay,” said Mr Davoren.

“Ajay fits RE/MAX Australia’s strategy of selecting franchise partners who share core values and are well-established in their markets and we’re looking forward to seeing and supporting the continued growth of RE/MAX Consultants.

“There’s been huge growth throughout the Ipswich region and Ajay and his team will no doubt add a much needed service to the community through the opening of the Booval office.”

RE/MAX Consultants is located at 4/122 Glebe Road, Booval.
