Ray White Victoria and Tasmania celebrates top performers

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania has recognised its top performers at its annual awards night, with Ray White Ferntree Gully taking out the top office spot for the eighth consecutive year.

More than 1,300 Ray White Victoria and Tasmania members came together to celebrate the network’s annual awards at the Melbourne Convention Centre.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore opened the night by acknowledging the collective efforts of the past 12 months.

“Our annual awards are not just about recognising winners. They celebrate the collective efforts of the past 12 months, our commitment to excellence and our pursuit of market leadership in all trade areas,” Mr Belfiore said.

Ray White Ferntree Gully was named the top overall office across Victoria and Tasmania for settled commission for the eighth year in a row.

Ray White Werribee was recognised as the top office by number of sales, while Ray White Warrnambool took out the top regional office by settled commission.

Ben Thomas from Ray White Ferntree Gully won the top individual salesperson award for the seventh consecutive year.

Darcy Quinn of Ray White Bendigo was awarded the #1 Regional Salesperson prize by settled commission.

Ray White Preston’s Ian Dempsey took out #1 in the number of sales category for an individual agent.

Ray White Balwyn’s Helen Yan was named the #1 principal of the 2023-24 year by settled commission and number of sales for the seventh year in a row.

Damian Portaro, managing director of Ray White Mildura, was awarded the prestigious CEO’s Cup, recognizing his significant contributions to the Ray White Group.

Narelle Robinson of Ray White Wodonga was honoured with the Life Member recognition award, celebrating over 20 years of dedication and excellence with the Ray White Group.

Ray White Cheltenham leaders Mark Guthrie, Kevin Chokshi and Kyle Dorman accepted the Business Achievement award which recognised the impact their office has had on the group.

In the auction category, Ray White Ferntree Gully was recognised as the Top Competition Creator – Office in the state, along with the #1 office internationally in the same category.

Greg Brydon of Ray White Cheltenham was named the Senior Auctioneering Champion, while Alejandro Torres of Ray White Sunshine topped the Novice Auctioneering competition as champion.

In property management, Ray White Southbank | Melbourne City won the Property Management Team of the Year award.

Sarah Neill from Ray White Cheltenham was recognised as the #1 property manager in the network and internationally.

Ray White Benalla took out the Community Service award for their commitment to leaving their community in better condition than when they found it.
