With Ray White Remuera being recognised as the Ray White Group’s number one office internationally for the past decade, Megan Jaffe and Thomas Farmer started their expansion last year with the opening of Ray White Ponsonby.

The expansion into Greenlane will help the leading group continue providing the community with the outstanding service Ray White Remuera is renowned for.

“This expansion is a logical and incredibly positive step in supporting the continued growth and momentum of our business in Remuera,” Ms Jaffe said.

“We are thrilled about the opportunities this presents, building on the exceptional strength of our Remuera team and leveraging the wonderful synergy we enjoy with our office in Ponsonby.”

Mr Farmer said the move made a lot of sense for their business.

“It allows us to continue to grow and serve our local market,” he said.

“Bordering Remuera, the suburb has a great mix of quality property and is underpinned by fantastic schooling.

“It also provides our members with flexibility in terms of working and providing further options for our clients in the area”.

This move reinforces Ray White’s commitment to unlocking even further growth in key markets and supporting their members to fulfil their ambition.

Underpinned by market-leading technology and collective performance across its businesses, Ray White New Zealand chief executive Daniel Coulson said Ray White had consistently grown its market share across Auckland over the past decade.

“Megan, Thomas, and the teams at Remuera and Ponsonby are wonderful examples of what can be achieved in the Auckland market with the backing of Australasia’s largest real estate group,” Mr Coulson said.

“There are no limitations on the ambitions of those within our group and we are incredibly proud to support their continued growth.”
