The Announcement:

Ray White Queensland has announced the promotion of two dynamic leaders within its corporate team, with Tiera Butkus named Head of Growth and Brittany Krebs appointed Head of Property Management.

Ms Butkus, who joined Ray White Queensland in September 2023, has been instrumental in driving the group’s recognition, retention, and recruitment efforts.

In her new role as Head of Growth, she will launch an innovative program designed to support top-performing businesses in expanding through strategic recruitment.

“I have so much love for our network, our team, and what I do and that passion drives me to keep performing and growing in my role,” Ms Butkus said.

“To be the best in the market, I need to be part of the best team in the market, and for me, that’s Ray White Queensland.”

Ms Krebs joined the group in May 2024, bringing significant experience from her previous role leading a property management team overseeing more than 2,000 properties.

Her engaging training programs have already achieved sold-out status for multiple events, and she has established strong relationships across Queensland.

“I’m so excited to continue working with our incredible network and teams, helping our businesses achieve their ambitions and be best in market,” Ms Krebs said.

“Supporting their success is my passion, and I am committed to providing training that drives ongoing growth and success.”

As Head of Property Management, Ms Krebs will focus on driving growth in properties under management and enhancing revenue streams for property management businesses.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said he was excited about the new opportunities.

“Britt and Tiera are both thought leaders in our industry and we are so excited to see this pair advance so quickly in our corporate team,” Mr Andrew said.

“Their work reflects our philosophy of best in market resoundingly. We couldn’t be more proud of the leaders they have become.”
