Ray White Norwood named SA | NT top performer at annual awards

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory celebrated its top offices and individuals at the annual state awards held at the Adelaide Convention Centre

The Announcement:

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory has recognised its top performers at the annual state awards, with a record 745 guests attending the event at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Ray White Norwood, led by Jason Spagnuolo, was named the Top Metro Office and Top Overall Office for settled commission in South Australia and Northern Territory.

The office also received the #1 Competition Creator – Office award in the network and ranked #2 internationally for the group in the same category.

Joe Hibeljic from Ray White Norwood was named #1 Competition Creator in the individual agent category, both in the network and internationally.

Brandon Pilgrim, who recently became a business owner with Ray White Burnside, was recognized as the Top Salesperson in the Ray White SA | NT network for settled commission.

Peter Kiritsis of Ray White Woodville was named the #1 Principal in the network by settled commission, while Nick Psarros of Ray White Port Adelaide | Largs Bay took out the Top Principal award by number of sales.

Ray White Mount Barker | Woodside | Nairne was named the #1 Regional Office for settled commission, with sales agent Nicole Walker recognized as the #1 Regional Salesperson by number of sales.

Ray White Grange received the award for the office with the most growth in the 2023-24 financial year.

In the property management category, Sarah Burgess from Ray White Angle Vale was named the Top Property Manager in SA | NT and ranked #3 Property Manager internationally.

Ray White St Peters won the Top Property Management Performance Business award, while Ray White Gawler received the #1 Property Management Net Growth Office award.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom congratulated all award winners and emphasized the network’s strength and competitive advantage.

“We have a significant advantage over our competitors now, as we continue to scale our network effects,” Mr Lindblom said.

“Every year we trend closer to our goal of selling one in four properties across South Australia and Northern Territory, and conducting 50 per cent of all auctions in Adelaide and Darwin.”

“The timeline for this is 2027 and please know that every strategic decision we make is with these goals in mind, but not at the expense of good people, or our culture.”
