CENTURY 21 Australia has appointed Ray Ellis as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing his substantial real estate experience and business leadership to the global real estate brand.

Mr Ellis joins the company with an extensive background in real estate, including a ten-year directorship on the Real Estate Institute of Australia, and brings proven expertise in building positive corporate cultures and increasing profitability.

Chairman of CENTURY 21 Australia, Charles Tarbey, said the appointment aligns with the company’s strategic growth plans.

“As a global real estate brand, we are now embarking on an exciting program aimed at further increasing our brand’s prominence across the region while working to increase the market share of our franchisees,” Mr Tarbey said.

“The appointment of such a proven and experienced leader will support these plans and help to continue to cement CENTURY 21 as a leading real estate brand across the Asia Pacific region and the world.”

Mr Ellis said he was excited about joining forces with Charles Tarbey and advancing the CENTURY 21 brand.

“Charles has long been one of the real estate industry’s foremost innovators, and I am excited to join him in advancing the Century 21 brand,” Mr Ellis said.

“Together, we will focus on expanding relationships, increasing profitability, and capturing greater market share for our franchisees.”

“The team and I look forward to further enhancing Century 21’s substantial reputation and delivering more value to our principals, customers, and communities.”

The appointment comes as CENTURY 21 launches one of its largest multi-faceted media campaigns in the company’s history, with the “Moments of the Century” campaign being showcased through various channels including Times Square billboards and Australian commercial television.

CENTURY 21 operates as a global real estate leader with nearly 130,000 independent sales professionals across 79 countries and stands as the largest residential real estate organisation in the Asia Pacific region.
