Ranjani Barot has opened a new Harcourts office, Harcourts Luxe, in St Morris, Adelaide.

The Announcement:

Harcourts is delighted to announce the opening of one of the newest offices in South Australia – Harcourts Luxe.

Lead by Ranjani Barot, who’s vision for Harcourts Luxe is to establish the agency as a cornerstone of the community, known for exceptional service and genuine client care.

“Our office is located on Magill Road in St Morris, a vibrant and diverse main road that captures the essence of the area. I love the area!” Ms Barot said.

“It’s a multicultural, family-friendly community. Magill Road also boasts a vibrant restaurant and café scene, excellent local amenities such as public transport, schools, medical facilities, and sporting clubs and local shops, all within a very short drive to the city.”

“Our deep understanding of this local market, combined with our team’s strong cultural backgrounds and passion for real estate, make us uniquely positioned to serve this community.”

Further, an extensive national network, spanning from Adelaide to Sydney, provides Harcourts Luxe clients with a unique advantage, leveraging these interstate ties to access a broader pool of potential buyers and achieve record prices.

“At Harcourts Luxe, we take pride in our distinctive approach to real estate, which is deeply rooted in our team’s diverse and global perspectives,” Ms Barot said.

“Our office is a melting pot of cultures and experiences, bringing together professionals who not only speak multiple languages but also have a rich tapestry of connections. This diverse background allows us to offer a unique blend of local insight and global outlook, ensuring that our clients receive well-rounded advice and innovative solutions.”

Rachel Eckey, CEO Harcourts SA, was excited about the new office opening.

“You know when you meet someone and they just have that warmth, that spark about them? Ranjani has that. Pairing that spark with Harcourts’ extensive support offering is a recipe for business success, and I am so excited to walk this path together,” Ms Eckey said.

“We are confident that the genuine care of Ranjani and the Harcourts Luxe team, their local knowledge, and their community connections, will be maximised with the professional and collaborative Harcourts network behind them. We will be seeing great things from Harcourts Luxe.”

Along with Ms Barot, Disha Shukla, Pranav Barot and Ellis Lin complete the leadership team, and their commitment to the Harcourts Group is deeply aligned with their values of people-first service and integrity.

“This people-first approach, coupled with the strong support and global network that Harcourts provides, empowers us to deliver exceptional service,” Ms Barot said.

“Like Harcourts nationally, at Harcourts Luxe we don’t just see transactions; we see opportunities to enrich lives and build communities. Our commitment extends beyond the basics of buying and selling; we are deeply invested in understanding the broader context of our clients’ needs and aspirations.

“Every client’s story is unique, and we take pride in being a trusted partner in one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

“We thrive on the dynamic nature of our work, connecting with people and building relationships, which keeps us out there as, yes, absolutely! a cornerstone of the community.”
