Add Puka Nacua to the growing list of Los Angeles Rams players sidelined with injuries.

The second-year receiver is considered week-to-week, a league source confirmed, after suffering a knee injury during the joint practice Sunday with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Head coach Sean McVay said after practice he was “not sure” what happened to Nacua during 11-on-11s with the Chargers. Nakua stayed on the sideline in full uniform and wore his helmet and had a bag of ice around his right knee.

The Rams were already down three starting offensive linemen — left tackle Alaric Jackson (ankle), right tackle Rob Havenstein (ankle) and left guard Jonah Jackson (shoulder) are each considered week-to-week. Cornerback Darious Williams (hamstring) is also considered week-to-week and cornerback Derion Kendrick is out for the season with a torn ACL.

Nacua finished second in the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year voting last season to C.J. Stroud. He caught 105 passes as a rookie for 1,486 yards and six touchdowns after the Rams selected him in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

After Nacua left practice, several receivers rotated into the 11-on-11 period, The Athletic reported. That group included veteran Tyler Johnson, rookie Jordan Whittington, second-year former undrafted free agent Xavier Smith and fourth-year player Tutu Atwell. Whittington showed enthusiasm for getting involved in some of the group’s blocking assignments.

The Rams’ first preseason game is Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys at 4:25 p.m. ET.
