The Announcement:

Raine & Horne, one of Australasia’s most prominent real estate networks, has been honoured with the prestigious 2024 Innovation Award at the inaugural APAC RE:Visionary Awards, presented by MRI Software in Sydney.

The awards, held at the Hilton Hotel on Thursday, 8 August, recognise MRI Software clients and partners who have harnessed the software provider’s open and connected software ecosystem to drive innovation and elevate their businesses.

Raine & Horne’s recognition as the 2024 Innovation Award recipient highlights the super brand’s commitment to embracing cutting-edge technology to address industry challenges and enhance its operations.

The real estate super brand has been a long-standing MRI Software client and has experienced significant recent growth, adding over 90 offices to its office networks in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji in the last 18 months.

The firm utilises CompassPlus, a custom-built CRM system powered by MRI’s VaultRE software, enabling its agents to list and sell properties efficiently while tracking detailed performance reports.

CompassPlus features an online diary and task management facility, ensuring critical client touchpoints and milestones are never overlooked.

Mr Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne, accepted the award.

“Even though we are 141 years old, we remain a forward-thinking, dynamic, and diverse business. In recent years, we have invested millions in our technology platforms, including CompassPlus,” Mr Raine said.

“In 2017, we were the first to introduce AI and social media marketing technology with Amplify, in partnership with CCT from Europe

“MRI’s CRM software VaultRE was branded as CompassPlus for the Raine & Horne network, and we are one of the most established users of this CRM software in Australasia.”

Staying ahead of the curve has always been a core pillar of Raine & Horne’s strategy.

As the company undertakes a significant rebrand, it has adopted a range of technological innovations, including CompassPlus, which, according to Mr Raine, has significantly contributed to greater efficiencies and success.

“Raine & Horne’s unwavering focus on innovation has solidified our position as a leader in the real estate industry, proving the value of integrating advanced technology solutions such as CompassPlus to stay ahead of market trends and deliver outstanding results for our clients,” Mr Raine said.
