With over 35 years of experience in the property sector, Mr Nicholl has held senior roles with some of the biggest global real estate brands and served as CEO of ASX-listed Landmark White (now Acumentis).

Since joining Raine & Horne in May 2023, he has been at the helm of its Commercial division.

“Chris’s expertise in property markets and franchise networks, combined with his strategic vision, positions Raine & Horne for dynamic growth and a thriving future on the global stage,” said Executive Chairman Angus Raine.

As CEO, Mr Nicholl will oversee more than 370 offices across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the UAE, and Fiji, driving growth while keeping the brand’s people-first philosophy front and centre.

“While technology enhances our capabilities, at its core, real estate is a people business,” Mr Nicholl said.

“Our relationships with partners, principals, and their teams are the foundation of our success and will continue to guide everything we do. Our strategy will remain grounded in the timeless principles of real estate – focusing on trust, service, and expertise.”

Mr Nicholl will also continue leading Raine & Horne Commercial, a network of over 30 offices that has flourished under his leadership.

“It’s been a privilege to lead the Raine & Horne Commercial network during a period of sustained success, including many record-breaking transactions,” he said.

“The overwhelming support from the Commercial network nationwide has been humbling. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and excited to bring this momentum to the entire Raine & Horne group as we head into 2025 and beyond.”
