The program begins with a team of six bright young adults from the Sutherland Shire, all of whom have gained their assistant certificates.
Under the mentorship of the Head of Growth and Performance, they are developing their skills in Pulse’s systems, client engagement, business development, and open home management.
Over six to twelve months, each participant will work toward advancing into a sales associate role, gaining hands-on experience and expertise in all facets of real estate.
