Australian property technology firm Proptech Labs earned the Telstra National Outstanding Growth Award, building on its state-level win several weeks ago.

The award recognises businesses that show exceptional expansion and significant industry impact.

“We started by watching property managers struggle with basic tasks like inspections and invoicing,” said Rafael Niesten, Co-Founder of Proptech Labs.

“Our team worked alongside them, learning their pain points and building tools that made sense for their daily work.”

The company’s suite of tools streamlines inspections, automates invoicing, and uses AI to solve complex challenges in property management.

This technology aims to transform how property professionals handle their operations across Australia and beyond.

“This award shows the trust our customers place in us,” Niesten said.

“Our growth isn’t just about numbers – it’s about making a real difference in the industry.”

Looking ahead, Proptech Labs plans to expand its offerings and deepen its partnerships, including its ongoing work with MRI Software.

“Proptech Labs has always been about making life easier for our clients,” Co-Founder Jon Stul said.

“This award celebrates our customers, whose feedback shapes our innovations.

“As we grow, so do the opportunities for them to work more efficiently.”

As Proptech Labs enters 2025, it aims to build on its success by developing straightforward solutions that help property professionals work more effectively.

Proptech Labs suite of tools includes Bricks+Agent, Inspecion Manager, reHeroes, Invoice Automate and Key Automate.
