PropertyMe has welcomed its 6000th customer, Opal Realty, as the company celebrates its 11th anniversary.

The Announcement:

PropertyMe, a cloud-based trust accounting platform for property managers, has celebrated its 11th anniversary and reached a milestone of 6000 customers with the addition of Opal Realty.

Founded 11 years ago, PropertyMe was developed with a vision to support Property Managers to do their best work, unchained from the desk.

The company has continued to innovate, introducing features that centralise communication, contribute to a happier working environment, and provide peace of mind for business owners.

In the first six months of 2024, PropertyMe delivered five new features, including updates to Bills AI, the PropertyMe app for Tenants and Owners, Paperless Inspections, Rental Statistics Reports, and Lease Renewals.

Opal Realty, located 61km from Perth CBD, has joined PropertyMe as its 6,000th customer.

Melissa Foggin, Director of Opal Realty, said that if they wanted to grow as an agency PropertyMe was the platform to be on.

“What we want to achieve as an agency just isn’t possible without PropertyMe, they are a core part of our business growth strategy,” Ms Foggin said.

Sarah Dawson, Chief Customer Officer of PropertyMe, attributed the company’s success to a keen focus on the customer journey.

“Ensuring that your tech stack aligns with your customer journey is crucial,” Ms Dawson said.

“During the discovery phase, our Territory Managers collaborate closely with prospects to identify optimal workflows that ensure future agency success.”

PropertyMe continues to support agencies in centralising their tech stack and scaling with intention and ease, aligning agency growth strategies with the tools to support their success.

The company’s message remains clear: This is just the beginning.
