Place One Group expands its network with two new offices

Paul Curtain’s Place One Group has added Gumdale and Graceville offices to its growing network, expanding its reach from west to water.

The Announcement:

The Place One Group, a high-performing team within Place Estate Agents, has expanded its network with the addition of Gumdale and Graceville offices.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Paul Curtain, the group is positioned to assist over 5,000 people across sales and leasing in the coming year.

The expanded network now includes Place Bulimba, Place Camp Hill, Place Cannon Hill, Place Carindale, Place Gumdale, and Place Graceville.

The group will benefit from Sam Kelso as Chief Day Officer and Glenn Bool overseeing business development and leasing growth.

“It’s about creating a unified, high-performing team while preserving the local expertise that makes each office unique,” Mr Curtain said.

“Both Gumdale and Graceville represent thriving communities with incredible potential. Bringing these offices into The Place One Group strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

The group will continue to leverage Place HQ’s industry-leading resources while maintaining their distinct culture and identity.

Chief Day Officer Sam Kelso emphasised the importance of seamless operations.

“Our goal is to empower agents. By streamlining day-to-day processes, we enable our people to do what they do best,” Mr Kelso said.

Glenn Bool, who oversees business development, shared his vision for the future.

“We’re not just aiming to nearly double our footprint in 2025, but we’re going to continue to offer the personal touch that sets The Place One Group apart. It’s about growth with purpose,” Mr Bool said.

Mr Curtain revealed that more exciting announcements are planned for 2025, with further growth in the pipeline.
