Managing Director Matthew Andrews highlighted the move as a key step in strengthening the leadership team and driving future success.

Mr Andrews said the hire was “a big step and investment into our business’ future” and noted that Arnold’s leadership would enhance engagement and culture across the network.

“We were looking for proven leadership and a complementary skillset, and I’m delighted we’ve found that in Shannon,” he added.

With a strong background in financial services, Arnold expressed excitement for shaping Pivotal Financial’s next phase.

“This is a pivotal moment for the company, and I’m looking forward to working with Matt on driving future growth,” Arnold said.

Arnold also emphasised the importance of building team culture and strengthening relationships with the broader RE/MAX Australia network.

“I see the RE/MAX network as a symbiotic relationship and look forward to supporting and connecting with professionals across the group,” he stated.

“He added that Arnold’s leadership would help solidify partnerships between finance and real estate professionals.
