Phoenix Software, led by Luke Paverd, has launched a new CRM specifically tailored to the needs of the real estate sector and enhanced with the power of AI.

The former Eagle Software founder said the new product would be a step above what is currently on the market.

The CRM features a host of automation options, security and reliability, leveraging the latest advancements in AI to transform work processes.

Additionally, the platform provides unlimited configuration options, allowing agencies to tailor the software to their unique needs and workflows, ensuring personalised and seamless client interactions.

“We’re really focusing on being different and have a constant commitment to innovation,” Mr Paverd said.

“What happens with a lot of CRMs is that they kind of amalgamate and get eaten up by big corporations.

“Then what falls off is that customer focus and innovation and the commitment to constantly deliver new things and stay on top of the trend.”

He said the new CRM incorporates AI as a key functionality that will only expand with time.

“A lot of software companies see AI as a little bit of a sprinkling on top to make a certain feature a bit better, but we actually think AI is going to not just improve some productivity tools, but it’s going to replace the way a lot of processes are working,” he said.

“I could easily see a future where things like inspection follow-up calls can be done by an AI bot as opposed to a person.

“There’s going to be a lot of change ahead.”

Mr Paverd said Phoenix Software would focus on different areas to the other CRMs.

“A lot of CRMs see themselves as back office admin and productivity tools, whereas what we’re focusing on is the consumer experience,” he said.

“So what the agent’s clients are experiencing of the agency’s brand is enabled by the CRM.

“And so we want to be able to create a flexible and powerful platform that enables agents to create those digital experiences that consumers are really demanding these days.”
