After 18 years as a successful agent, Mr Diamantidis wanted to take his business to the next level and the results have been nothing short of extraordinary.

“When I was just a salesperson, I could do a maximum of 140 sales,” Mr Diamantidis said.

“I joined Ray White and my first full year, I settled 337 deals myself, not including my whole team.”

As the Selling Principal of Ray White’s Diamantidis Group in Sydney, he’s grown his operation from having zero market share to controlling up to 70 per cent in some areas.

In just over three years, his team has expanded from five people to 83, while growing annual sales from 100 properties to more than 800.

The property management division has also experienced explosive growth, increasing from 200 properties under management to 2,500.

Mr Diamantidis said the key to his success has been building strong foundations.

“It’s like building a cake – you build the base and then you build the top,” he said.

“You need to get all your ducks in a row, have the right technologies and systems in place, and most importantly, have the right people.”

Mr Diamantidis said so much of his success is down to the team he has around him.

“Everyone thinks it’s Peter, but while I might be the leader, it’s about having people running their own race with my guidance to get them to that next level,” he said.

For agents looking to establish themselves and grow their business, Mr Diamantidis has some simple advice.

“Be the purple cow in the paddock,” he said.

“Do something the other agents aren’t doing.

“Are they sponsoring community events? Are they out in the community?

“Stop just following other agents on social media and thinking you’re going to be like them.”

Looking ahead to 2025, Mr Diamantidis remains focused on what he can control.

“Stay in your own lane, focus on yourself or your team and you’ll succeed,” he said.

Peter Diamantidis will be sharing more insights about market domination at the upcoming The One Conference, where he’ll discuss how agents can take their business to the next level.
