Ray White NSW | ACT state auctioneer Perry Edmondson-Clark has taken up the newly created role of Head of Auctions for the network.

Mr Edmondson-Clark has taken over the top auction job for the Ray White NSW | ACT network with the elevation of previous chief auctioneer, Alex Pattaro, to Head of Performance.

Having been in the industry since he was just 15, Mr Edmondson-Clark has worked in all facets of real estate, from reception to owning and managing a business.

Beginning his auction career in Brisbane, he developed a passion for auctioneering early on and will bring the experience of working for some of the industry’s top performers to his new role.

In his new capacity, Mr Edmondson-Clark will spearhead auction strategies across the state, focusing on supporting Ray White members and advancing auction practices for the Ray White NSW | ACT network.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to build on such an important part of our business, which is an integral part of Ray White’s 122-year legacy,” Mr Edmondson-Clark said.

“Through this role, I will continue to build on the growth trajectory of the NSW auction business, with the implementation of quarterly auction experience events, providing training and development to the network to grow auctions and market share, while also providing a platform for auctioneers who join us to grow and reach their potential.

“We currently call one in five auctions across the state and I look forward to continuing to build on our position as the market leader in this space.”

Ray White NSW | ACT Chief Executive Officer, Tim Snell, congratulated Mr Edmondson-Clark on his elevation, saying the move was a natural progression.

“As a skilled auctioneer and trainer, Perry is well placed to continue the high standard of innovation and excellence the Ray White Group is well-known for,” Mr Snell said.

“His skill in orchestrating successful auctions, providing market-leading auction training and support for our members, and ambition to continue moving the needle forward in the auction space will be invaluable in further cementing our group as the country’s top auction agency.”
