Paul Fotinos opens Century 21 Prestige in Townsville

Paul Fotinos has launched a new Century 21 office in Townsville, marking the brand’s second location in the area.

Century 21 has announced the opening of its second office in Townsville, Century 21 Prestige, under the leadership of Principal Paul Fotinos.

Before opening C21 Prestige, Mr Fotinos developed his expertise in the residential development industry as a licensed builder and Land Sales and Marketing Manager, working alongside some of Townsville’s most renowned developers.

Mr Fotinos brings substantial credibility to his new venture, having received multiple prestigious Master Builder Awards.

Alongside his expert team, he is committed to establishing a strong presence in the real estate sector by offering top-notch advice, service, and communication.

Joining Mr Fotinos’ experienced team are Sonia Ross, a well-known and highly respected agent in the area, and Leia Williams, the team’s Business Manager.

The team aims to bring a new offering to their clients, providing expert advice as well as trade services to assist clients in getting their home ready for sale and maximising their return profit.

When asked why he joined the brand, Mr Fotinos said, “We’re excited to partner with the global power of the Century 21 network, and provide a point of difference in the competitive Townsville market with a full-service approach for clients”.

Charles Tarbey, Owner and Chairman of Century 21 Australasia, expressed his enthusiasm for the new office.

The new office is located in the heart of Townsville’s bustling restaurant and nightlife precinct, and will provide top quality real estate and trade services in the township and beyond.
