Patrick Stronell joins Savills as State Director

Patrick Stronell has been appointed State Director – Office Leasing VIC at Savills.

The Announcement:

Savills is strengthening its senior office leasing capabilities with the appointment of Patrick Stronell to State Director – Office Leasing VIC. 

Mr Stronell joins Savills with an impressive track record and over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, specialising in office leasing strategy and transactions.

Mr Stronell’s extensive network and in-depth understanding of the Melbourne CBD office market has made him a key player in the industry.

Speaking on Mr Stronell joining the Melbourne office, Joe Phegan, State Managing Director – VIC at Savills Australia and New Zealand said, “Patrick’s wealth of experience and deep industry connections make him an invaluable addition to our team.”

Before joining Dexus, Mr Stronell held senior positions in major agency Corporate Solutions teams, where he developed and executed commercial property strategies and provided expert tenant representation. 

Mr Stronell has worked on multiple major CBD developments and stabilised leasing campaigns for range of institutional Landlords.

Tom Mott, National Head of Leasing at Savills Australia and New Zealand highlighted the broader impact he believes Mr Stronell will have on the global agency’s office leasing business in Australia.

“Patrick’s proven ability to lead and innovate in the office leasing space will be an invaluable benefit to our portfolio of clients in Victoria,” Mr Mott said.

“His strategic approach and leadership will help us continue to deliver exceptional results for them and drive growth across the board.”

Mr Stronell’s appointment marks a significant step in enhancing Savills’ service offerings in the Victorian office leasing market.  

He will be located in the Savills Melbourne office from Monday, 16 September.
