The Announcement:

Pat Goldsworthy has rejoined Place Estate Agents as a lead agent at Place Bulimba, bringing his expertise back to Brisbane’s inner-south market.

The 27-year-old agent, who began his career with Place in December 2015, has built an impressive portfolio specialising in high-value transactions ranging from $4M to $12M.

Mr Goldsworthy’s recent achievements include two of the highest sales in Camp Hill for 2024, with 67 Sydney Avenue selling for $3.875M and 33 Newman Avenue achieving $3.75M.

“I’ve always chosen to align myself with the agency that leads the market in the areas I serve; that’s why I’ve returned to Place,” Mr Goldsworthy said.

“Back where my career began, I’m excited to be focusing on the areas I know and love, like Camp Hill, Coorparoo, and the surrounding suburbs.”

Mr Goldsworthy’s return was influenced by Place’s continued innovation in the industry.

“I’ve kept an eye on Place over the years, and the innovations they’ve made really caught my attention,” he said.

“The way they approach auction campaigns, their innovative ‘auction patrol’ concept, their rebranding, and their fresh marketing strategies all made me realise that Place is still at the forefront of the market.”

Place One Group Managing Director Paul Curtain welcomed Mr Goldsworthy’s return to the team.

“We are thrilled to have Pat back with us at Place,” Mr Curtain said.

“He has built an impressive career, with his deep connection to the local market, combined with his expertise in high-end property sales.”

Looking ahead, Mr Goldsworthy is focused on expanding his team and is currently seeking a sales associate to join him in his next chapter at Place.
