NurtureCloud takes the guesswork out of prospecting, allowing agents to speak to more of the right clients, at the right time, ultimately increasing lead conversion and improving the customer experience.

This year, the NurtureCloud team rolled out the next module in the group’s internally developed Agent Operating System.

The buyer module includes an OFI app, transparent campaign reporting for vendors, and allows agents to match the most relevant and active buyers from across the Ray White Group to their current and future listings.

The NurtureCloud platform has skyrocketed in popularity in 2024. There were over 12 million interactions including total calls made and text messages sent.

Ray White agents using NurtureCloud also had over 1.5 million inspection check-ins and the vendor portal was viewed over 900,000 times.

This year, Ray White Castle Hill in north western Sydney logged the most calls as an office with 201,027.

Mohamed Lababidi from Ray White Macarthur Group made 50,753 calls, the highest for an individual Ray White agent internationally.

Ray White Coomera on the Gold Coast booked a massive 4,649 appraisals this year, taking out the top spot.

And also in Queensland, Ryan Suhle of Ray White North Lakes and Burpengary East locked in the highest number of appraisals for an individual agent, booking 1,113. See more from our leaderboard below.

With NurtureCloud use growing across the Ray White Group, we asked some of our top agents how NurtureCloud has helped them fast track their business in 2024.

Eddy Piddington (pictured above) from Ray White Northern Beaches is a seasoned real estate professional known for his commitment to clients and exceptional results.

He has a strong track record in Sydney’s competitive property market.

Eddy’s transition from a local competitor was driven by his search for a positive workplace culture, but the introduction to Ray White’s cutting edge sales management platform, NurtureCloud, quickly became a game-changer.

“I remember first being introduced to NurtureCloud and not knowing what to expect, but when I saw its capability, I was quite shocked and excited,” Eddy said.

Eddy has found the platform’s intuitive design and powerful features transformative, saying it reminds him of Apple – “addictive and intuitive”.

“Instead of being a chore, using it is enjoyable. That motivation drives better outcomes,” he said.

Features like Smart Calls and property reports have streamlined his processes and allowed him to focus more on client relationships.

“It’s opened new opportunities while saving time, which is invaluable when you’re trying to grow your business,” he said.

“Having tools like NurtureCloud and the support of the Ray White team makes my goals all the more achievable.”

In just three years, Ethan Petrie (pictured above) from Ray White West End has skyrocketed his real estate business. His rapid success is a testament to his strategic approach, hard work, and the use of NurtureCloud to assist.

NurtureCloud’s intuitive design and advanced features have streamlined Ethan’s processes and enhanced his client relationships.

“The prospecting structure and client management features provided the clarity I needed to focus on growth,” he said.

He shared how a high-value sale in West End came to life through consistent follow-up.

“A past lead showed up in my prospecting feed, and I decided to reconnect. A few weeks later, they reached out, and that follow-up turned into a listing and a successful sale,” he said.

For Ethan, NurtureCloud’s Property Portal tool has been crucial in serving his diverse client base, including those from interstate.

“The Property Portal allows clients to review listings anytime, which is a huge advantage,” Ethan said.

While Ethan’s dedication and expertise have been central to his success, the support and resources available at Ray White, including NurtureCloud, have been invaluable in helping him achieve his goals.

“At Ray White, I’ve been able to focus on building relationships and delivering results, supported by tools that make my job easier and more effective,” he said.
