Having begun his real estate career in another RE/MAX office, it was a full circle moment this week as Niket Kalra opened the doors to his own office, RE/MAX Signature, in the greater Brisbane suburb of Crestmead.

Mr Kalra said the decision to re-join RE/MAX was simple.

Having experienced the connectedness of the RE/MAX network previously, when considering the benefits for the development of his business both short and long term, aligning with the global real estate brand was the clear choice.

“RE/MAX is a strong brand, and having experienced first-hand the support of an extended network from an agents’ perspective, it gave great insight on the benefits of growing a successful team as a business owner,” Mr Kalra said.

“Widening my network and database, and accessing the right support in a variety of areas was an important consideration when choosing to align with a brand.

“RE/MAX ticked all the boxes, and to be able to succeed with the support and backing of a global brand will no doubt be beneficial to the growth of RE/MAX Signature.”

Sales has always been an area in which Mr Kalra has had a natural ability, who prior to real estate was a successful business owner in the transport industry.

Through his own property portfolio growth, he felt a strong desire to extend to real estate as a profession.

Setting his roots in Park Ridge – both personally and professionally – he has built a strong reputation combining top quality service with outstanding results, recently setting a suburb sale record.

Mr Kalra is joined at RE/MAX Signature by wife Komal Saini in sales administration, and successful local sales agent Harman Singh.

“My goals are to continue to build upon a solid foundation and expand a team that share my values and drive to support the community real estate needs and the overall growth of the community,” he said.

“Building a strong team to drive our property managing division will allow us the opportunity to help investors not only with the management of their property portfolio, but through offering long term investment support and expertise.”

RE/MAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren welcomed Mr Kalra back to RE/MAX Australia.

“We’re pleased to welcome Niket back to RE/MAX and look forward to supporting him through the growth of his business RE/MAX Signature in Crestmead,” Mr Davoren said.

“Having met Niket in his early career days, having established himself quickly as an ambitious sales agent, it is fantastic to welcome him back to the brand as a franchise owner.

“The Crestmead, Park Ridge and surrounding areas are continuing to see strong growth and we’re pleased to be seeing the RE/MAX brand represented by quality business leaders throughout the greater Brisbane region.”
