RE/MAX Extreme is continuing to make their mark as real estate leaders in Perth, with the introduction of their newest sales agent Nicola Spicer.

A passionate entrepreneur, with an innate positivity and confidence that has led her to great success in a number of ventures, Ms Spicer’s move into real estate stems from a long term interest in property.

“I’ve always had an interest in real estate, a genuine interest not only from a design perspective, which is my background, but in how markets are changing and the influence of property,” Ms Spicer said.

“It’s an evolving industry and I’m looking forward to continuing to build my career with RE/MAX.”

Originally hailing from New Zealand, Ms Spicer has spent the last seven years between Australia and Indonesia, where she owns and runs a successful luxury BNB accommodation business.

Having purchased six run down properties on Bali’s south-west in the coastal village of Canggu in 2017, Ms Spicer has built the status of the properties up, moving from rental accommodation pre-Covid to a flourishing luxury BNB.

Ms Spicer is creative at heart with an intuition that has led her to take some big swings with great success.

“I’ve built and sold my own fashion label, built a successful investment portfolio offshore and own properties here in Australia and New Zealand,” she said.

“I’m confident in my abilities to connect, negotiate and assist my clients to achieve the best results. I know what’s involved and what’s needed to reach success.

“One of the things that stood out to me about RE/MAX was the opportunity to continue to have my own brand, and RE/MAX has been very supportive of that.”

RE/MAX Australia’s WA Business Growth Manager Simon Withers said Nicola was a great addition to RE/MAX Extreme South.

“It’s great to have Nicola come on board with RE/MAX and to see what her entrepreneurialism brings in terms of growth for both her herself and for the RE/MAX brand moving into the western suburbs of Perth,” Mr Withers said.

“Nicola brings a revitalised and unique perspective which we feel will be a great addition to an already successful team at RE/MAX Extreme.”

Ms Spicer will be based out of the RE/MAX Extreme South office in Cannington, servicing Perth’s western suburbs.
