Award-winning agent Nick Separovich has joined Raine & Horne Lower North Shore, further strengthening the agency’s rapidly expanding team.

Mr Separovich, one of the top agents in the country brings over 24 years of experience in the Lower North Shore region to his new role.

He said he was excited to join the team at Raine & Horne.

“I’m bringing in a bit of wisdom from 25 years in the industry, and it’s nice to help out some of the younger guys there,” Mr Separovich said.

“In terms of goals, I always aim to pull my weight.

“It’s about helping out, working hard, and doing the right thing.

“I love real estate—while technology has changed a lot over the years, the fundamentals remain the same.”

He said the one thing he hopes to impart to the younger guys is the importance of personal touch.

“These days, everything’s about emails, texts, and WhatsApp groups,” he said.

“I’m still a firm believer in face-to-face conversations.

“A lot of the agents now are more like facilitators, not true agents.

“I feel like that personal touch is being lost in real estate today. It’s important to keep that connection.”

Stuart Bourne, founder of Raine & Horne Lower North Shore, said he was incredibly excited to add Mr Separovich to the team.

“We are delighted that Nick has joined our team,” Mr Bourne said.

“His local knowledge and expertise add to our ever-growing team and underscore our commitment to growth and excellence in the region.”

Mr Separovich, who grew up in the area, brings an in-depth understanding of the local market and strong community connections.

His expertise spans the entire North Shore region, and he is known for his ability to create competitive bidding environments and maximize asset values for his clients.

The addition of Mr Separovich coincides with a period of strong momentum in the local Lower North Shore property market.

He will be based in the agency’s Willoughby office, strategically positioned to serve clients across the Lower North Shore.

Raine & Horne Lower North Shore currently operates from offices in Lane Cove, Willoughby, Mosman, and Northbridge.

The agency is set to further expand with the opening of a new office in Northbridge on Sailors Bay Road in November.

Mr Bourne said that this continued growth reflects the agency’s dedication to building a leading team and providing unmatched service to clients across the Lower North Shore region.

“This continued growth reflects our dedication to building a leading team and providing unmatched service to clients across the Lower North Shore region,” Mr Bourne said.
