The NFL announced the dates for offseason workout programs for all 32 teams Friday. According to the collective bargaining agreement, the voluntary, nine-week offseason program for each team is split into three phases:
Phase one (first two weeks of the program): Limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation.
