Mindy Powell-Hodges appointed as Global Head of Membership at ONE AGENCY

The Announcement:

ONE AGENCY has announced the appointment of industry leader Mindy Powell-Hodges as Global Head of Membership, a key strategic move aligned with the group’s commitment to growth.

Ms Powell-Hodges will assume her new role in 2025, bringing extensive expertise in network development, brand enhancement, and real estate leadership.

She joins ONE AGENCY following a successful career in senior network leadership roles, where she played a pivotal part in driving growth, enhancing franchise operations, and supporting thriving networks. 

With over 13 years of experience in senior leadership across national franchise networks, Ms Powell-Hodges has also served as Chief Operating Officer at a proptech start-up and led transformative initiatives as CEO and Managing Director of a real estate recruitment firm.

“ONE AGENCY’s dedication to network growth, member relations, and technological advancement is inspiring,” Ms Powell-Hodges said.

“I’m thrilled to join a forward-thinking team and look forward to supporting our members as we collaborate on new avenues for success.”
