The couple’s Montecito pad is about 90 miles north of LA and outside of current evacuation zones. As of publication time, more than 9,000 buildings and 36,000 acres have been ravaged by the flames. More than 180,000 people are under evacuation orders. At least 10 have died.

On Thursday, the couple shared a statement about the disaster via their official website, sussex.com.
