Matthew Carvalho is expanding his presence in Glebe, with the opening of a new storefront on St Johns Rd.

The Announcement:

The team behind Ray White Surry Hills | Alexandria | Glebe | Erskineville have further cemented their presence in Glebe with the opening of a storefront on St Johns Rd.

Market leading Glebe agent and director of the inner city suite of offices, Matthew Carvalho, has already established himself in the Inner West market and said the opening of a physical office in the area was a natural progression.

Mr Carvalho, along with fellow directors Peter Natoli, Teresa Natoli, Ercan Ersan, Shaun Stoker and Kris Boghossian, head one of the Ray White Group’s leading Sydney offices, with a reputation as a top-performing auction business and a focus on community and customer service.

“For us, we’re a heavily auction-focused and results-driven business,” Mr Carvalho said.

“One of our strengths, and the opening of our office in Glebe will be a natural extension of this, is to ensure we have the whole inner city ring recovered.

“We have Surry Hills on the east side, Erskineville to the south and now Glebe in the west. We have the whole inner city market covered and as an entire team we can service those areas better now.

“Our strength is our market share and teamwork and we now have further access to both Glebe and the surrounding areas, which will continue to benefit our clients – both through property management and sales.”

The move also signals the group’s commitment to the local community, with the office already sponsoring the local Glebe Public School.

“We want to be more a part of the Glebe community and are looking to further expand our community involvement,” Mr Carvalho said.

“We want to be able to give back and having an office in Glebe will allow us to better support the community in the area.”

Ray White NSW|ACT CEO Tim Snell congratulated the team on their expansion of a physical storefront into Glebe.

“I am thrilled to congratulate the Ray White Surry Hills|Alexandria|Glebe|Erskineville team on the successful opening of their Glebe office,” Mr Snell said.

“Their commitment to excellence and strong auction culture has positioned them as one of the top businesses in Sydney. I wish them continued success in this exciting venture.”
