Lydia Sheridan Takes the Helm as JLL’s New Head of Marketing for ANZ

JLL has appointed Lydia Sheridan as its new Head of Marketing for Australia and New Zealand, placing her in charge of marketing strategy across the region.

Ms Sheridan, who has served as JLL’s Head of Marketing in New Zealand for the past two years, steps into the new role with a mandate to lead the company’s marketing and communications efforts across both countries.

Her responsibilities will include driving brand awareness, business growth, and enhancing client experiences.

Dan Kernaghan, CEO of JLL Australia and New Zealand, said it was a significant appointment.

“Her strategic marketing skills will be instrumental in differentiating our firm in the market,” Mr Kernaghan said.

“We have the utmost confidence in Lydia’s leadership.”

In her new role, Ms Sheridan will lead a team focused on delivering marketing strategies across JLL’s Australian and New Zealand operations.

Ms Sheridan said she was excited for the opportunity.

“It’s a privilege to lead the marketing function in Australia and New Zealand,” Ms Sheridan said.

Before joining JLL, Ms Sheridan held senior marketing roles, including serving as Head of Marketing and Communications at Eke Panuku Development, Auckland Council’s urban development agency.

She managed communications for urban regeneration programs and the city’s property portfolio.

Additionally, she brings a wealth of experience from working with the globally renowned architect Andrew Patterson and editing for the international architectural magazine Trends.

Sheridan also holds an MBA and is a Certified Practising Member of the Australian Marketing Institute.

As part of her new responsibilities, she will also join JLL’s Australasian Executive Committee and Global Field Marketing Leadership Team.
