The Announcement:

Belle Property has appointed experienced real estate professionals Luke and Jesse McPhee to head its new Mermaid Beach office, marking a significant expansion of the brand’s Queensland presence.

The office opening follows recent growth in Brisbane’s The Gap, with another Queensland location planned for early 2025.

Luke McPhee brings over two decades of industry experience, including leadership roles at REA and CoreLogic, where he developed expertise in real estate data and digital platforms.

His son Jesse has carved out his own impressive path in the industry, achieving over $200 million in sales in the past three years and setting a penthouse record exceeding $10.5 million for a non-beachfront property in Broadbeach.

“It’s the perfect time to be opening a Belle Property in Mermaid Beach as the location still attracts strong interest in premium properties,” Mr McPhee said.

“My son and I aim to create a unique, personable real estate service that truly connects with our clients.

“By cultivating meaningful relationships, we aim to guide our clients through the various stages of their real estate journeys.”

The McPhees will focus on the high-end market in Mermaid Beach and surrounding areas, known for their premium lifestyle amenities and desirable beachfront properties.

Their target market includes entrepreneurs and successful business leaders looking for family-oriented communities with access to premium lifestyle amenities.

Belle Property Head of State Queensland David Holmes expressed confidence in the appointment.

“This new office addition in Queensland is a natural step in expanding our current network in the state and the country,” Mr Holmes said.

“Luke and Jesse’s core real estate beliefs are based on high quality, premium service and continuous growth is something we value greatly, and we have full confidence in their ability to establish Belle Property on the Gold Coast.”
