Louis and Kathy d’Espagnac have opened Coronis Pelican Waters, a new partnership franchise with the Coronis Group.

The new office highlights the Coronis Group’s commitment to strategic growth and supporting their team’s success.

The Coronis Group’s market-leading partnership franchise model provides Agency Directors the systems, processes, support and resources to focus on income-generating activities while significantly reducing the stresses of administrative and operational undertakings.

Prior to moving to Australia in 2017, Mr d’Espagnac had established himself as one of the top real estate figures in the UK with the prestigious Romans Group.

“In my first conversation with Andrew Coronis, I instantly knew our values aligned perfectly with the Coronis Group,” Mr d’Espagnac said.

“It felt like minutes, but we spoke for hours and at the end he offered Kathy and I a job. We haven’t looked back since.”

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said she was excited about the partnership.

“I am extremely proud of Louis and Kathy for opening their own partnership franchise in Pelican Waters.

“It is an opportunity to extend their already positive impact in the community and change more lives for the better.”

The move has been met with a warming reception from the local community.

“It has been such a pleasant experience seeing so many people come through the office just to say hello and welcome. We love being in the heart of the community of Pelican Waters,” Mr d’Espagnac said.

The group’s third office on the Sunshine Coast, Coronis Pelican Waters solidifies the businesses footprint across the entire region.

In addition to their office location, Coronis Pelican Waters has also acquired a rent roll of 80 properties, the Coronis Mergers & Acquisition team.

“I have seen countless agents make a significant amount of money in real estate yet leave the industry with nothing,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“Our industry teaches people how to make money, but it doesn’t teach them how to keep it.

“At Coronis, we are changing that, and the Pelican Waters office opening and rent roll acquisition is one example of how.”
