The prestigious London-based firm, led by celebrated designer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, will create the interiors for eight luxury residences at 81 Yarranabbe, with prices expected to range from $38 million to $83 million.

The development, architecturally designed by Tzannes, will feature six three-bedroom apartments and two four-bedroom residences, each with private garages and direct lift access.

Dan Maurici, Senior Development Manager at Yarranabbe Ventures, said Banda will help bring a new level of quality to Australia.

“Banda’s appointment demonstrates our commitment to delivering a world-class development that will set new standards for luxury living in Australia,” Mr Maurici said.

The five-storey development will offer unprecedented amenities, including a 25-metre lap pool, private jetty, wellness centre and landscaped gardens, all with uninterrupted harbour views.

Banda’s founder, Edo Mapelli Mozzi, said their design approach will draw inspiration from the location.

“Our design approach for 81 Yarranabbe is hugely inspired by the vibrancy and character of this location and the spectacle of the harbour itself, whilst also embodying our ethos for ‘Design for Living’,” Mr Mozzi said.

Julian Hasemer of 1st City Real Estate Group said there is already strong early interest.

“We’re already receiving significant interest from international buyers, with early inquiries suggesting these residences will rank among Australia’s most prestigious apartment offerings,” Mr Hasemer said.

The development will showcase Banda’s signature style, incorporating rare materials and master craftsmanship that responds to the harbourside setting.

“The mesmerising dance of light, reflections and weather patterns which make it so unique have informed many of the material selections – exquisite bronzes, marbles and timbers have been chosen throughout to mirror these subtle shifts in light and tone,” Mr Mozzi said.
