A new, industry-first feature recently launched by CRM provider LockedOn allows agents to automatically send quarterly digital CMA reports to their pipeline sellers on autopilot.

Powered by their new suburb analytics product LockedOn Scout, the Digital CMA feature is part of their core CRM and automation framework, providing a seamless workflow and client nurturing experience within one platform.

“Regular CMA reports to your pipeline are a vital part of nurturing your pipeline sellers, but can take considerable time to prepare and send.

“They aren’t automated, and they have to be sent one by one. It’s a time-consuming process,” LockedOn Co-founder & Director Iain French explains.

“With LockedOn’s Digital CMA’s, everything is automatically prepared and sent for you every quarter via email and SMS, potentially saving you weeks of time every year.

“And being all within one login powered by the CRM, it provides a seamless user experience.

“It’s prospecting on autopilot – lead to listing.”

Launched in November following beta testing, the feature has been widely acclaimed by their clients.

“The response has been overwhelmingly positive,” says Iain.

“One of our clients received 50 appraisal requests in one hour, and already we’re seeing listings and even sales.”

The analytical engine behind Digital CMA’s is LockedOn Scout, providing a powerful and flexible data platform that gives agents access to detailed suburb and property data in real-time.

“Along with providing the necessary tools to facilitate automated CMA’s, this unique data platform also gives sellers better visibility of suburb performance, recent sales, and more.

“Scout is something we will be expanding on in 2025; The possibilities are endless,” says Iain.

One of the longest-standing players in the real estate technology sector, LockedOn’s extensive suite of CRM and automation tools, digital pre-listing kits, proposals, and more expands on this feature, providing an all-in-one platform for agents.

“The CRM is the hub for every agency, and the advantage of a fully integrated, all-in-one platform is a seamless workflow without complicated sync processes and multiple subscriptions.”

Digital CMA’s are now available to all LockedOn users with Scout enabled.
