Leading Perth agency welcomes new GM

With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michelle Ralph brings a diverse skill set to the role, including a strong background in residential, commercial, development, and off-the-plan sales, as well as leadership experience across multiple agencies.

Michelle’s career has been built on a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, a passion for people, and a commitment to innovative sales techniques. 

Her approach to real estate has earned her respect within the industry, and she is known for her positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills.

Before joining Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park, Michelle spent 12 years as the licensee of another western suburbs agency. She was drawn to the Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park’s strong structure, support system, and the vision of director Jody Fewster.

“I was attracted to this role after learning about the agency’s strong team dynamic and the leadership of Jody Fewster,” Ms Ralph said.

“Jody’s energy, determination, and clear vision for the agency’s future made this an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.”

In addition to her real estate career, Michelle founded WOMAN UP in 2019, a business on a mission to help professional women empower themselves and each other. WOMAN UP focuses on community and mentor style relationships with the express purpose of helping one another to be our best.

Director and owner of Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park Jody Fewster welcomed Michelle’s appointment, highlighting the invaluable expertise she brings to the agency.
