The Announcement:

Award-winning real estate group Laing+Simmons has expanded its network with the addition of four new offices, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy.

The expansion includes three new Sydney offices in Kings Langley, Maroubra, and Ingleburn, along with a new Melbourne location in Point Cook, which opened its doors last month.

This strategic growth reflects the company’s commitment to partnering with local experts who share the brand’s values and vision.

Head of People & Growth Jacqui Barnes said the expansion was driven by a focus on quality partnerships rather than quantity.

“We’re clear on our preference to build successful long-term businesses together with our network partners. We don’t want to be the biggest and we are not driven by numbers,” Ms Barnes said.

“We are entirely driven by working with the right people, and supporting them in the best way possible.”

The company’s selective approach to growth has proven successful, with the cultural alignment strategy resonating strongly in the market.

“This cultural point of difference is clearly resonating with our target market and is helping us grow as a network in the most sustainable and consistent way,” Ms Barnes said.

“It’s a privilege to welcome everyone in the new Kings Langley, Ingleburn, Maroubra and Point Cook offices to the Laing+Simmons family.”

The company plans to continue this strategic growth trajectory into 2025, maintaining its focus on quality partnerships and sustainable expansion.
