The Announcement:

Laing+Simmons has opened its first office in Victoria with experienced team of Miraj Mahmud and Golam Haque joining the brand.

Laing+Simmons Point Cook has opened its doors in one of the busiest markets in Melbourne’s west.

“Interest in Point Cook and its surrounding suburbs is strong with demand coming from first home buyers, young families, singles and couples, investors and more,” Mr Mahmud said.

With its relative affordability, broad selection of freestanding homes, new townhome developments and blossoming sense of local community, the area is understandably of interest to a broad cross section of buyers.

“There have been various developments completed in recent years and the next few years will coincide with the initial cycle of housing turnover in some of these new communities, making it an opportune to open our doors,” Mr Mahmud said.

“The area is home to a vibrant, young multicultural community and is evolving with its own sense of identity and community spirit.
