Kendall Jenner's Best Red Carpet Moments Give Her Sisters a Run for Their Money

Jenner showed off her newly-dyed blonde hair and a whimsical, velvet Schiaparelli dress at the 2024 Academy Gala.

There was a bit of controversy surrounding Jenner’s Met Gala look. The dress came from Alexander McQueen’s 1999 couture collection for Givenchy, which was showcased on mannequins instead of models. Thus, the model claimed she was the first person to ever wear it, but Internet sleuths pointed out that Winona Ryder looked to have donned the design in a 1999 issue of Flaunt Magazine. A source told E! News Ryder’s dress was a replica, but the actress herself commented on the situation to Harper’s Bazaar in July 2024. “I did wear it,” she said of the dress. “I have pictures.”

Jenner was one of the lucky few who got to wear a dress from the Maison Margiela 2024 artisanal collection, donning the sheer, Chantilly lace number to the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

The model attended the 3rd annual Academy Gala in a corseted, bright red knit maxi gown from the Fendi fall 2023 couture collection.

FWRD’s creative director, Jenner, threw on a Rick Owens one-shoulder top and matching mini skirt to celebrate the site’s first-ever in-person shopping experience.

Jenner attended the Met Gala with Marc Jacobs, meaning she had the pleasure of climbing the museum steps in the designer’s famously-high platform boots.

The model wore a gorgeous, black and gold scaled Jean Paul Gaultier dress to the 2023 Vanity Fair arter party.
