Ken Baker joins PRD as Business Development Manager

PRD Real Estate has appointed experienced real estate professional Ken Baker as Business Development Manager to drive their bold franchise growth strategy.

Mr Baker will work alongside current Business Development Manager Conrad Nissirios to accelerate recruitment and acquisition across the network.

With an extensive background spanning real estate, banking, and franchising, Mr Baker brings significant expertise in expanding real estate networks to his new role.

The appointment comes as PRD reinforces its commitment to rapid franchise growth and market leadership heading into 2025.

“Ken’s appointment marks a significant step forward in our expansion strategy,” PRD Managing Director Todd Hadley said.

“His experience and growth-focused mindset align perfectly with PRD’s vision, and we are excited to work with him as we continue to elevate our network.
