President-elect Donald Trump won big on Nov. 5 in what has to be considered an amazing comeback in the face of all odds, with the efforts of the Democrats and the liberal media against him.

However, while Trump triumphed, there were a lot of losers in this last election. In addition to Kamala Harris, one of the biggest was the liberal media. Americans, by voting for Trump and giving him the support of both a Republican House and Senate, basically told the media, “We reject all the propaganda that you’ve been pushing at us for so long.” Not only is Trump not “Hitler,” but we think he can do a better job of fixing all the problems than Kamala Harris (who helped make the problems worse).

That, of course, isn’t making the liberal media happy. They’re not quite all coming to grips with the rejection yet, and the meltdowns have been delicious. But there’s a reason the ratings at CNN and MSNBC are tanking, and they’re cutting the salaries of the hosts. People are turning them off. “60 Minutes” Lesley Stahl bemoaned the possibility that legacy media might be dying. She bizarrely tried to blame Trump.

However, that’s all on the mainstream media themselves that Americans no longer trust them. That’s based on years of news that wasn’t true or was biased — from Russia collusion, the spin media put on the Hunter Biden laptop, or Joe Biden’s cognitive decline, along with a boatload of other issues.

But ex-CNN reporter John Harwood tried to contest even the fact. Check out this unhinged tweet.

Harwood cites someone saying, “Americans have not lost trust in media. Republicans have,” referencing a Gallup survey.

“Because media reports reality and most Republicans have disconnected themselves from reality,” Harwood claimed.

So let’s talk about reality. There are a few problems there.

First, Republicans ARE Americans. Isn’t it bizarre that Harwood seems to think they aren’t? That’s the liberal mindset, to simply dismiss the other side. That says a lot about “media” — in this case, Harwood — right there.

Then, do you notice another problem in that graph?

Where are the independents or people who aren’t Democrats or Republicans? Does Harwood just not count them? What do they think?

Here are the actual numbers for 2024.

Is it any wonder we don’t trust media when they do things like this?

I would of course also add that Democrats are more trusting of media because they agree, not because what the media has to say is necessarily trustworthy or connected to reality.

It’s truly funny that Harwood thinks it’s because the media has a market on “reality.”

Harwood got absolutely crushed in a well-deserved ratio and nuked into next week on X.
