John Brown has been named as the new Head of Leasing for Victoria at Burgess Rawson.

The Announcement:

Burgess Rawson has appointed John Brown as Head of Leasing for Victoria.

Mr Brown brings extensive experience to the role, having worked as a leasing manager and property manager across various sectors, including automotive, pharmaceutical, and retail brands.

His previous roles include Senior Leasing Manager at Super Retail Group, where he managed Supercheap Auto, and National Leasing Manager at GPC Asia Pacific managing Repco.

Mr Brown has also worked with Autobarn, Amcal Pharmacy, and has experience running a Gloria Jeans franchise.

With a solid history in managing retail and commercial properties, Mr Brown’s expertise ranges from site identification and lease negotiations to financial budgeting and business submissions.

Burgess Rawson CEO, Ingrid Filmer welcomed Mr Brown to the team.

“John’s extensive experience and proven track record in managing significant retail and commercial properties will be invaluable as we continue to expand and grow our agency,” Ms Filmer said.
